Coming from her tiny corner-of-the-world, at-home 'studio', these recorded classes are from live teachings. They are down-to-earth, creative flows, with explorative cuing so you can find each pose in your unique body. No need to be picture perfect or cookie cutter here! Take what you need, leave the rest.
Classes are not over edited - you'll feel like you are there in person as Rebecca shouts out alignment cues to students by name, talks/waves to people's pets and children, and plays with her ever involved co/teacher cats Loki + Tars.
