Hailing from New York, Dani is a dancing, outdoor-loving, bread-baking yogina. She has spent many years studying the body both intrinsically through dance and yoga, and scientifically through anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience. Dani specializes in creative, yet mindful sequencing and strength building that is grounded in anatomy and physiology. Her class is built around a keen understanding of movement science, breath, and body awareness. Practitioners are led through an empowering, artistic flow that leaves them feeling centered, calmed, and energized. Katie is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to New York City to study dance at Marymount Manhattan College. While in school, she quickly discovered that yoga could teach her patience, how to observe the present moment without judgment, and how to practice becoming comfortable in the uncomfortable, physically and mentally.
She loves anatomy and exploring the mind/body connection, and she hopes to help others discover how yoga can uniquely help them, too!
